We appreciate your interest in our products. Please be advised that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives with damage, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing SweetMantra@outlook.com

We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to make it right.

Please note: our whipped body butters and other products are heat-sensitive. Once delivered, please bring your order indoors promptly and store it in a cool place. We are not responsible for products that melt or are damaged due to being left in heat after delivery.
